Server racks and cabinets take up a lot of space, so making the most of them is crucial. A properly designed cabinet system can effectively save space, improve the deployment density of equipment, and help heat dissipation and power distribution, such a design not only reduces costs, but also improves the operational efficiency of the data center.
The layout and distribution of cabinets and racks in the data center can be marked according to the grids of the raised floor. According to the ANSI/TIA/EIA-606-A standard, two letters or two Arabic digits must be used to mark each 600mm x 600mm raised floor in the data room.
When connecting multiple cabinets into a cabinet column, you must use a vertical cable manager between cabinets and at the beginning and end of the entire cabinet column. A vertical cable manager must be at least 25.4 cm (10 inches) wide between cabinets to protect and manage cables when they run between cabinets.
And the relative humidity is between 35% and 50%, so the air conditioning refrigeration system also needs to meet the above requirements.
